Plant Manager (m/f/d)
Your Profile
- Bachelor Degree holders in Civil Engineering, Plant Engineering and/or equivalent
- Min 10 years manufacturing industry and operations knowledge with textile
- Hands on experience in planning, maintenance & operations
- Proactive, dedicated, and passionate in the production industry
- Safe handling of MS Office products (Excel, Word, ppt) and ERP system (SAP)
- Demonstrate strong experiences in manufacturing maintenance, ISO, QA and EHS functions are necessary
- Excellent communication skills, people management skills
- Strong strategic management skills and analytical skills
- Positive mind set, good team & communication skill
- Structured & independent way of working, Detail oriented
- Hard working & consequent, stress resistant
- Proficient language skills in English both written and verbal
Your Tasks
- Plan and manage the smooth operations of the plant and overall strategic implementations of the operations processes
- Plan and manage the operations process reaches to maximum efficiency and on-time production schedule
- Manage the Production and manage the Quality Assurance Manager, Maintenance Manager and Logistics Manager. Review productivity output, and mitigate reject and waste
- To plan, hire, and manage workforce effectiveness and efficiency on the production floor and ensure well-trained operations staff
- To plan and manage the workforce schedule (duty roster), the sufficiency of manpower and manpower rotations
- Ensure department KPI setting and achievement and to carry out subordinate's annual appraisal
- Responsible for the production floor safety and liaise with the Health and Safety department
- Manage and oversees the efficiency of the production machinery were in good condition, line cleaning and on-time schedule maintenance were carried out
- To manage and ensure to minimize the machinery downtime and constant looking into improvisation
- Manage and ensure all production processes comply with the requirement
- To proactive in analyzing, define, and providing improvisation in the production best practices, SOP, control, and prevention measures
- To review the existing processes, procedure, and SOP for future improvisation
- To provide weekly operations related reports to the Managing Director
