Marketing and Sales Administrator (m/f/d)
Your Roles:
- Implementation of cross-media marketing campaigns: Focus on lead generation and sales promotion in the B2B area in coordination with the global marketing and sales strategy
- Content creation: Developing targeted content (primarily digital, image, video) for various communication channels of the company, primarily online
- Trade fair, event and event planning: research, conception, booking, organization and participation in national and international trade fairs, conferences and events
- Marketing and Sales office administration; and supporting Sales Director administration
- Marketing data base management: Collaboration, coordination and management of various internal and external business and customer contacts
- Teamwork: Cooperation in the various tasks and projects with the global marketing management
- To assume other sales administration activities as assigned by our immediate superior and the Marketing Director
Your Profile:
- Demonstrate strong customer and service orientation as well as administrative and organizational skills.
- Successfully completed studies (marketing) or similar professional training with relevant expertise and references
- Proficient language skills excelling in English both written and verbal
- Additional language skill of Malay, Mandarin Thai or Vietnamese is advantageous
- Willingness to learn and highly adaptive skills
- Marketing experience including advertising, exhibitions, product sample management
- Confident use of digital tools and software.
- High degree of flexibility, independence, structured way of working
- Proficient in MS Office user skills, experience in the use of modern CRM system an advantage
- Team spirit and commitment
