Internal Sales Assistant (m/f/d)
Your Roles:
- Active support of our national and international customers
- CRM-supported active sales of our products and (digital) services
- Processing of enquiries incl. preparation, negotiation and follow-up of quotations
- Price information and negotiations, if necessary, in consultation with the external sales colleagues
- Order processing, order fulfilment, order tracking, complaints processing if necessary
- Clarifying and tracking deadlines for orders and projects
- Data maintenance in the CRM system
- Active support of pre-/after-sales activities and sales field related service
- Occasional participation in trade fairs and customer events
- Participation in technical customer advice and support
- Support in the expansion of our e-commerce
- To assume other sales administration activities as assigned by immediate superior or Sales Director
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial training, with initial professional experience in the internal sales department of an industrial company
- Demonstrate strong customer and service orientation as well as administrative and organizational skills
- Digital affinity and a good technical understanding are an advantage
- Proficient language skills excelling in English both written and verbal
- Additional language skill of Thai or Vietnamese is highly desired and advantageous
- Willingness to learn new administrative systems and high adaptive skills
- CRM and ERP system experience desirable, preferably Salesforce
- Knowledge and experience in the field of Supply Chain Management would be an advantage
- Ideally experience in the field of e-commerce
- High degree of flexibility, independence, structured way of working
- Proficient in MS Office user skills, CRM and ERP system experience desirable
