Supply Chain Expert (m/f/d)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Expert to strengthen and develop our local supply chain, with a focus on outbound logistics, raw material coordination, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with operations and driving tangible improvements on the ground.

Your Tasks

Outbound Logistics

Take full responsibility for outbound logistics processes
Ensure on-time deliveries and efficient shipment coordination
Collaborate closely with warehouse and transport providers

Raw Material Planning & Procurement Support

Coordinate raw material requirements with production/purchasing
Support procurement activities and ensure material availability
Monitor inventory levels and maintain transparency

Operational & Hands-on Work

Work directly in the warehouse to understand products, material flows, and operational challenges
Identify and implement practical improvements in day-to-day operations

Supply Chain Coordination

Improve collaboration between logistics, production, and order management
Establish clear communication routines and structured workflows

Process & System Support (SAP preferred)

Support and improve supply chain processes in ERP/SAP
Act as key user for logistics and planning topics

Your Profile

Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
Several years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and material flows
Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
