New Business Manager (m/f/d) – Hunter
To strengthen our team at NAUE, we are looking for consulting engineers and technicians with expertise in geosynthetics (m/f). With the help of NAUE’s solutions and services, you will gradually build new contacts and customer relationships.
Your tasks and responsibilities- Marketing our products and services
- Acquiring new customers and decision-makers (engineering firms, etc.)
- Providing technical advice to construction companies and / or public institutions on the selection and use of our geosynthetics (for theInfrastructure and sectors)
- Ensuring communication between the customer and our internal team at NAUE
- Maintaining an ongoing relationship with the customer
- Playing a key role in generating new revenue that leads to long-term relationships
- Preparing regular reports on developments and forecasts
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in business management, sales management, can be an advantage
- Fluency in Romanian; a second language (English) is mandatory
- Proficiency in customer management tools
- Willingness to travel for several days at a time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with professionals at all hierarchical levels
